the cut off varies for various categories . Open Category cut off would be 90percenttile + in the last round. Kindly check DTE website for complete report of cutoff of various colleges

It would cost you nearly 20 lakh rupees to complete the course and it also has very poor ROI. It would be wise to spend such a amount for studying in abroad rather than in India. Not recommended. Further, there is not much to speak about their infrastructure too (though for MBA infrastructure does not matter for MBA, but fee is huge enough to consider).
