Colleges in Mysore

There are two hostels in our college, one located outside the campus which is about 800m away and the other one is inside the campus. As there are numerous colleges and schools located in the area of our college, there are good number of PG's located in the area. And also a free government hostel is located for the students who can't afford the fees, which is located about 1.5 km away from the college. I can't assure that every PG's located in the area are good but there are some good PG's located in the area. 

The specialisations offered at KSOU Mysore for PhD course include Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food and Nutrition, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Psychology, Library Science, Information Technology, Geography, Telugu. Additionally, KSOU PhD programme is governed by Minimum Standards and Procedure for the Award of Ph.D. Degree Regulations 2016 of University Grants Commission New Delhi and KSOU Ph.D. Ordinance 2012 (III Amendment 2021).

The eligibility criteria for BTech admissions at Karnataka State Open University is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate. Students can also get admissions based on entrance exam. The entrance exams accepted include TNEA.

Karnataka State Open University offers MEd course in various specialisations. The eligibility criteroa for KSOU admissions is that candidate should have passed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
