For B.Sc in VNIT, Nagpur, you have to appear for JEE Mains. Then, after it's counselling, you would be able to get the college.

The eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme is you need to have a graduation degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

Both are good B-School. IMT, Ghaziabad is better in terms of location, infrastructure, alumni network and others. IIM, Nagpur has just IIM tag nothing others.
