See IMT Nagpur fees are 12 Lacs and Average placements are around 6.5 LPA this year. So, it may be a good BET to play upon. And you have mentioned you have applied for NIBM. So, by this percentile, you can get the too.

There is no sector wise average allocation. The average package is 7.5 lakhs.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue B.E. in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College from the criteria mentioned below:
Minimum eligibility to pursue this course is that candidate should have cleared class 12 exams with Mandatory Subjects : Mathematics, Physics

In 12th, you should get 75 percentage. And for SC and ST, 65 percentage. Neet cut-off for OBC is 629-698 marks.
