It is viable to discover part-time jobs while reading at the University of Twente, however, it could now not be that easy for non-EEA students. Generally it is not mandatory to have work experience to get into Leiden's MS programme but having work experience does increases your chances to get into it. It is always suggested to check details of each programme and it's creteria.
Since work application is strong factor for your application, you can do following things to fill this gap till some extent as administrators look upon many other factors.
- Have a strong academic hold in your undergrad course.
- Get a recomendation letter.
- Score good in standard exams like GRE, GMAT IELTS.
- Highlight your skills.
- Do good research activities.
