HAN University of Applied Sciences is ranked 7th out of 14 in the category "broad universities of applied sciences" in the Netherlands according to Keuzegids 2022. HAN is also ranked within the Netherlands through the National Student Survey (NSS). However, HAN does not appear in the major university ranking systems such as QS, Times, and ARWU because it is a university of applied sciences, which mainly conducts practice-based research. According to a source, HAN University of Applied Sciences ranked 17th in the Netherlands, 2040th in the global 2023 rating, and scored in the TOP 50% across 15 research topics.

Yes, getting part-time jobs easy while studying at the Han University of Applied Sciences is easy. International students can get access to available part-time job opportunities by checking the university bulletin boards, recruitment agencies, and online job platforms. They must adhere to specific regulations. Non-EU can only work not more than 16 hours a week during an academic year. However, they may work full-time during the summer months (June to August).

Utrecht University is less expensive for international full time students than Leiden Uni with tuition fees being 8759 EUR lower for Utrecht Uni. However cost of living and housing in Utrecht is generally more expensive than in Leiden. Daily cost in Utrecht is 189 EUR while in Leiden it is 133 EUR.
Tuition fees for international students at Utrecht Uni are different from 5031 USD per year for UG and PG programs. On the other hand, tuition fees for international students at Leiden Uni can range between €6000 and €20000 per year.

To be eligible for the Utrecht Excellence Scholarship (UES) at Utrecht Uni one must have fulfilled the following criteria
- Belong to the top 10% of your graduating class.
- Not holding an EU/EEA passport and not being eligible for support under the Dutch study grant and loan system.
- Have completed your secondary school and/or bachelor's degree outside the Netherlands.

In order to be admitted to Erasmus University Rotterdam, candidates must fulfill the prerequisites and follow the application process of the programme in which they are interested. No, TU Delft does not provide any on-campus accommodation to international students. However, TU Delft provides help to international students in getting accommodation for up to 1 year through its collaboration with DUWO.
TU Delft can offer three types of accommodation via DUWO:
- Private rooms with shared facilities; private rooms that share bathroom, kitchen and other common areas with 1 or more others (same gender)
- Singles’ accommodations: small or large studios with a private bathroom and kitchen
- Couples’ accommodations: studios or 1-bedroom apartments with a private bathroom and kitchen
