Yes, while at UC International College, students can work part-time. The College supports international students in finding jobs; on-campus jobs are, however, available directly upon the point of admission. Students may work up to 20 hours per week during an academic term and full time during official breaks. The location of the college also creates a number of off-campus job opportunities that make it more probable for students to get employed part-time. Overall, UCIC has an enabling environment that can help students juggle work and studies effectively.

Yes, UCIC International College is a good option for international students to pursue higher education in New Zealand as UCIC offers university transfer programs (UTPs) that allow students to transition smoothly into the second year of undergraduate degrees at the University of Canterbury, a highly respected and valued institution. Along with this, the smaller class sizes make it easier to get help and build strong relationships with instructors which helps international students to cultivate a relationship.

The general ballpark is $20,000 to $40,000 per year for undergraduate programs and $15,000 to $30,000 per year for graduate programs. This amount varies as per the course you opt. But including the cost of living raises the expenses further more till 55k-60k$.
