New Zealand government does not offer Permanent Residency (PR) immediately after completing your studies. Students need to get a post-study work visa, which is the most preferred route for international students. The duration of PSW visa depends on the level of your qualification and where you studied. It can be for 1, 2, or 3 years.

During this duration, you will get a valuable work experience in New Zealand, which will help you to get PR.
