According to the search results, JEE is not required for B.Tech at RIMT University. However, candidates who have passed 10+2 with 45% aggregate marks are eligible for admission through LEET counseling.
It's advisable to directly contact RIMT University's admission office or visit their official website to get the most accurate and updated information regarding the admission process for B.Tech programs.
They can provide details about the specific entrance exams or criteria required for admission, including whether JEE scores are considered or if they have their own entrance test for B.Tech admissions.
I hope this helps.

Yes ;in terms of placement, Thapar School of Liberal Arts and Sciences appears to have an advantage over Multani Mal Modi College in Patiala.
MM Modi is a government-aided college; Thapar University is a private deemed university. Companies are more likely to seek placements from private colleges. To help with hiring, Thapar has a specialised career services and placement cell. The placement infrastructure at Modi College appears to be more modest in scope.
According to reports, leading organizations such as Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, and Cognizant come to Thapar each year to place employees. Major recruiters did not shown interest for Modi
