NIPER allows Relaxation in CGPA to 6.25 (on a 10-point scale) or in marks to 55% or equivalent in the eligibility criteria is allowed for SC and ST candidates. It also allows relaxation in eligibility requirement of CGPA to 5.75 (on a 10-point scale) or to 50% marks or equivalent to the Physically handicapped (PH) candidates.

The University has released the overall placement data for UG (4-year) courses. A total of 4 students were placed out of 28 graduates in 2022.
