Based on the stats, OPJS University is not listed among the top universities in Odisha. The top universities in Odisha, according to various rankings, include National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, KIIT University, Utkal University, and others. Therefore, based on the rankings, OPJS University may not be considered the best option in Odisha.
