Mewar University's system and management is on the strict side and they are not very lenient about their made up policies and rules and regulations.
No, they don't actually refund the fees.
The university says-
No application for refund of fees will be entertained once the candidate has completed the process of admission. After Pre-R.D.C. No refund will be entertained.

Mewar University's application dates for online and offline are different. The offline dates are usually announced after the filling of online application of the aspirants. The offline seats available for the applications are also lesser. And the online dates of application are mentioned below.
Mewar University's online application for UG and PG programmes open on May 05, 2024. The deadline for online registeration is 31 July 2024.
