You must report your scores to the university and submit your application to Stanford. Your homework and application preparation should also start before you have taken the SAT, to apply to one of the most selective universities in the world. It has the lowest acceptance rate of just 4.8% so prepare accordingly.

There is no hard and fast rule how you will get admission in MIT. It is one of the toughest universities to get into and definitely you must have an excellent academic profile, innovation skills, etc. It is a good practice to start researching by visiting university websites. Check here

These are some of the best but not quite affordable unless you obtain a scholarship.
Georgia Tech, UCLA, Columbia University, MIT, USC School of Architecture to name a few. Also check here for universities that might suit your budget

Your results from 10th to 12th obviously will matter and it will also depend on what you want to study. If you are planning for a Bachelor's degree these are important pointers but for Master's degree, your Bachelor degree marks will carry more weight.
