Admissions are not given on basis of IELTS alone. You must have completed the required studies and must have sufficient grades. Every university have different requirements as such. You must share your grades, etc. for better guidance.

These universities have a tie and equally top ranked. There is no concept of on-campus placements in foreign university so if you are asking about the same there is no answer. However for employment information you can check the career report of the departments. Check the websites and find the employment/career reports.

You are talking about MIT here, one of the world's most competitive and top ranked universities. You must not only take entrance exams like SAT but you must also be an extraordinary student with high academic grades, extra curricular activities, project work. It is best you utilise this time browsing through MIT's website and understand the requirements and prepare accordingly.

The educational environment of the college is very encouraging. Students here are very cooperative including juniors and seniors. The faculties are present till 5:00 in the evening. The classes starts from 9:00 in the morning and runs till 1:15 in the noon, so you have plenty of time for self-study and co- curricular activities. College has its own debating, mooting and cultural societies that are functioned by the students of the university. A centralized library is present in the college campus that have plenty of books that can be easily availed by the students, it also has separate section for journals and newspapers. It

In my view, being from a commerce background, I would recommend you take up B.Sc in Computer Science. Most of the universities might have the requirement of Maths in class 12 but there are few universities that offer foundation subjects as part of the undergraduate program. I need further details on your academics to guide you further on available UK universities.

Hi Shreya, For admissions into UG programmes in US universities including UPenn, you must take SAT and TOEFL. Department specific requirements may be different. Your admissions will not only based on the test scores but also on your overall profile, you must have excellent grades and extracurricular activities. Overall, they seek all rounders. Check the UPenn website and prepare accordingly.
