Your dreams are too big you need to have 90% in 12th plus you need to qualify entrance examination and also need to score 8 plus points in IELTS exam. It is an exam for English and if you got admission there then the fees will be 40 lacs per year.

Batu is the best for mechanical engineering. The college is famous for its staff and almost all the professors from mechanical are having deep research in their fields. So you can opt for BATU. Rest are not the best ones.

Hi,
Above 75% atleast if you have a very good all-rounded profile. And if you don't have any extra curricular and your overall profile is not strong then more than 85% should be targeted.

Hi Varghese, Harvard like all other universities have an online application system. Admissions are extremely competitive and only exceptional students are accepted, no wonder it is amongst the top ranked universities in the world. You may check the Harvard website and browse through the various program specific entry requirements and prepare.

Hi Devanshu, to seek admissions in Ph.D programs abroad you must research on universities offering research activities in your desired area firstly. Next, you must contact the research supervisors and share your research proposal. They have to accept you before you could apply formally. Certain programs may also require the GRE. Also, take the TOEFL.
