The placements are good, and the salary packages are nice. We know about the dream and super dream companies. Dream company means it offers more than 10 lacs per annum, and super dream company means it offers 30 lacs per annum. If you want to get a job in super dream company, then you have to maintain CGPA 9 in every semester. Hope this helps.Yes it is a good university to do egineering.

It depends only on your rank. I got INR 50,000 scholarship from VIT with 9288 rank. Top 10000 students got INR 50000 scholarship and the rank between 10000-20000 got INR 25000 scholarship and yes they also provide the scholarship for the students whose financial conditions are not good but you have to submit the proof for that.

For admission, you need to fulfil the following criteria:
The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1994, if he/she belongs to the open or OBC-NCL category and, on or after October 1, 1988, if he/she belongs to the SC, ST or PwD category.
The candidate should have qualified i.e. obtained a rank in UCEED 2018. The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (class 12th or equivalent) in 2017 or 2018. Those who appeared for the first time in the qualifying examination in 2017 or earlier are not eligible, I don't know much about this.

You will get civil in first category in VIT, Vellore and your tuition fees will be 1,85,000 INR per annum. But if you want CSE, then you can get it in a higher category by paying more.
