College change or university change after first-year is completely dependent on the college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in the first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.

If you have applied for SNAP then well and good. Make sure you get a good percentile for getting shortlisted. IBS, Hyderabad is better than GITAM and other colleges.

To get a seat in Andhra University, you have to get an overall state wise rank of below 300 in ICET closing ranks.
