Eligibility for PhD programme: Full-time: Post-graduate degree holders of any recognized universitywith a IInd class securing at least 55% of marks in the concerned subject or in an allied subject. Their admission is based on the merit inthe entrance test GURCET. Preference will be given to candidates with MPhil degree wherever applicable followed by candidates with UGC/ CSIR/ NET/GPAT qualification. Candidates possessing M. Phil. / M.E. / M. Tech. / M.C.A. / M.L. / MPharm /LL.M. /M.D. / M.D.S. /M.S. degree at the time of admission are exempted from appearing for GURCET / Pre-PhD examination. Thanks!

Yes, you can get a seat. A NATA score above 80 is good enough for Andhra University.
