Hi there,
For getting a rank below 1000, you should score minimum 135-138 marks in the COMEDK examination, then only there are high chances that you will get a rank below 1000, as every year the rank changes with a vast difference, so it is hard accurately now.

Hi there,For getting Mechanical Engineering in RVCE through COMEDK, and as you are non-Karnataka student so you should score minimum between 135-140 for being on safer side, as the cutoff of RVCE is very high, and also if you score this much marks, you can easily get in into some other good colleges too. Hope it helps.

Hi there,
Once the test centre of COMEDK is finalized and your admit card is printed, then there is no option of changing the centre, However, if you still want to change, you can directly contact the COMEDK officials but chances are very less that they will change the centre.
Hope this helps.

Your mode of application will be online but you will have to come to India for writing the entrance exam as there are no exam centres for COMEDK outside India. Since you're Indian by birth, all your processes will be conducted as an Indian student. For example, your fees will be the same as Indian students and will be calculated in INR. The most important thing which will treat you as normal Indian student is if you have an Indian Birth Certificate. Also, follow the link below for further details:

Hi there,
Most of the colleges in Karnataka have their fee varying between 1.2 Lacs to 1.7 Lacs. However, in many colleges, the fee also varies as per the branch, core branches have less fee structure in most of the colleges.
Regards.

Hi there,
National Institute of Engineering, Mysore is really a good institution for engineering. Faculty members are pretty experienced, North Indians are there, so you will not have that much problem. Now, coming to the gender ratio, it is around 10:2-3 as like other engineering colleges.
Hope this helps.
