In such case, I think you should mail the details to the controller of COMEDK counseling. You should tell your problem to him. Also, you can try to download the admit card again.

No one would ask you for the original marksheet while the counselling process. They only need that score card copy from the internet. Even if they ask you, tell them your condition or attach a letter with your file stating the issue.

Yes, you can apply for COMEDK entrance exam both online and offline. Based on your comfort, you can opt for either of these. Online and offline based on your interest.

Yes, I would surely suggest you to go for round 2 counselling if you are not getting any good college in the first round of counselling. Don't lock your selection for colleges and you can appear for round 2.
