Hi Vidisha,
The integrated first degree course of MSc (Hons) in Economics, the eligibility criteria is that candidates should have passed the 12th class examination of 10+2 system from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English. So, unfortunately you are NOT eligible for doing humanities in Pilani Campus. I would suggest you to search colleges in DU or any central university. Yes, you can but if you want to become a qualified English teacher, I would suggest a PG in English (2 years). This could get you work as a corporate trainer. A Bachelors in education can help you find jobs in schools, although if you do have a good command over the language, you could simply try your luck without it.

The eligibility criteria to get admission for an MBA in hospitality management are to appear for an entrance exam like CAT, MAT, etc., and for CAT is that applicants should hold a bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by a recognized university.
