You should go for MA in English or MA in sociology for the same. But, I will suggest you for MA sociology as it will offer you a lot of options as compared to MA in English.

No, you cannot because for accountancy you have to clear the entrance exam and you should have chartered accountant's degree.

If you have mathematics in your class 12th then you are eligible for BBS (in DU and it's BBS, not BBA) in Delhi university. Mathematics is compulsory subject whether you are from commerce, science, or humanities stream. If you are applying for Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University, you can apply for BBA without maths.

Dear,
Yes, you can and even any state or board student can apply for BHU, but you need to check the eligibility criteria and quota for the students of Uttar Pradesh.

No, there is no course available like M.Tech in banking and finance in India. PG courses are available as:
1. M.Sc. in finance
2. MBA in finance
3. PGDM with finance major
4. MMS in finance
5. PGDM in banking and finance, etc.

A candidate is eligible for admission in BAF (Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) degree course after passing XII standard from a recognized Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent with not less than 45% marks in aggregate in the first attempt (40% in case of reserved category).
