You have a stark clarity in what you want and I'd like to congratulate you for that. However, to attain such ambitious goals, you need to work really hard. I'd suggest you to rather keep yourself open to more programmes. Design education is flourishing in India and is no longer restricted to certain disciplines.
I would especially recommend the B.Des programme in interdisciplinary design since it provides you with a holistic flavour of design as a concept, rather than just concentrating in one aspect of it. You will have to register, first of all, on the website of the university for participating in any undergraduate admissions, and also you can apply in multiple courses as per your eligibility and interest. The selection is through merit and also by filling the form and qualifying the respective exam. You can also apply through sports quota if you have played any sports on the state level.

If you combine Math with Commerce in Class 12 you get a lot of advantages for your academic and professional future.
