You need not to worry about the missed exam. You can inform your college administration about the absence in the exam with a valid reason through your Teacher in Charge or Head of the Department and write a formal application to the Dean or Principal of the institution stating your issue and asking them to allow you to reappear in the exam the next year.
And then you can take your missed exam with your junior batch in the upcoming exam cycle. Once you pass the exam, you will get an updated mark statement and result.

Yes, commerce student with an interest in computer science can pursue B.Sc in computer science. Many institutes accept students from diverse backgrounds for admissions in B.Sc. MBA is one of the top courses of College of Commerce, Arts and Science, Magadh University. Students pursuing MBA from the college are open to placements. Yes you can apply for Commerce with 12th in Science stream because with Science stream you can go for any Bachelor. On the other hand if you are passed with 12th in Commerce or Arts you are not eligible to apply for Science courses in Bachelor degree.

A commerce student can do Clinical Psychology. The good news is that your commerce background doesn't hinder your pursuit of clinical psychology. While it's a different field, the ability to analyze data, understand human behavior (in terms of economic decisions), and possess strong communication skills can be valuable assets in clinical psychology.

Yes, you can definitely do 11th and 12th in commerce stream. Commerce stream needs to be available at the institute you are choosing. The fees depends on the institute you are choosing, whether it's of state board or central board.
