With this rank, your chances are less. For CSE, the last rank should around 3000. You can try for information technology.

The best will be the government college only, that is IIT, IIIT etc. For this you must score a high marks in JEE main and advanced in order to get a seat in this college. If you are of general category then you have to work hard. Even if you are getting the NIT then go for it. Other colleges will be BITS BITSAT, DAIICT, DU, etc.
Best of luck.

For the purpose of pursuing an LLM from any university, you need to have a LLB Degree from a recognized university, as per BAR Council of India. You may take up CS simultaneously. However, admission for LLM for a CS alone would not be possible. A mandatory requirement is LLB Degree along with which you may have a CD as well.

So, LLB along with CS and a good CV will make your chances better in future.

If there is no other potential options, like government institutes like IITs, NITs and State government institutions. Please opt for KIIT. It will definitely help you get placed at least, and you will get a lot of exposure.
