CS is not taught in college.
That's true.
But it pays off nicely.
The initial package on an average for a fresher CS ranges from anything between 25k to 40k.
Depending on your skills, knowledge and temperament and experience you get it enhanced.
Just for your reference.
Have a look at the link below.

Basically, a chartered accountant is someone who has expertise in Taxation, accounts and auditing. On the other hand, a company secretary is one having expertise in all the laws, rules and regulations.
Both have different work fields and opportunities.
We can conclude by saying that
CA is for the masses.
CS is for the classes.
As anybody and everybody can approach a chartered accountant for basic accounting or Taxation work but same is not the case with company secretary.

You don't need to worry about anything else.
However, in light of the current market scenario, it's necessary that you know your skills to the full that includes knowledge of law, rules and regulations.
The place form where you complete your training is also a factor as it lets people decide what exactly is your practical exposure.
Further, you need to have good communication skills, specially English alongwith good drafting skills.
All the best.
Keep shining.

You can go for CS along with your graduation, thereby saving sometime of yours.
You just have to study a bit harder, as you proceed with both the courses.
And about the 12th percentage, it would be required for you to get admitted in college for graduation.
As per ICSI, you fulfill the conditions.

However, CS or any other course is not equivalent to a graduation degree, so for being a graduate you need to do b. Com
However, in no way is it mandatory to complete B.Com first. Graduation is just an add on which you do simultaneously along with CS.
You can just register with ICSI and start on your professional journey.
Cheers.
All the best!!
