Well, it's not impossible though, it's difficult. BBA is not like normal B.Com. You'll be having a lot presentations and assignments. CS is a really nice option and you should always go for it but it's tough. So, it basically depends on your strengths whether you'll be able to manage both the things simultaneously.

Company Secretary (CS) is a professional qualification accepted in corporate world because of regulatory requirements. CS can act as both an independent professional and an employee and CA profession is a professionally and financially more rewarding career in comparison to BBA. Therefore, I will recommend CS over BBA.

The company secretary is a good course, but it's a long-term course and can't be completed easily. You can pursue CMA (US). CMA is same as CS but it can be completed in the short period of time.

You should clear class 12th to join the course. But, by the end of the course, you should have completed your graduation as well.
