Computational Sociology is a specialisation of Sociology. Sociology aims to study the interactions between humans and the institutions, and environment around them. When we make use of technology and computers to collect, analyze, and interpret data, it comes under the computational sociology extension of sociology. We use engineering tools and combine it with social Science to find patterns and predict events.
