You will be eligible to study in private colleges. You won't be eligible for majority of the entrance test based on this score.

Why are you obsessed with Engineering? It's not the end if the world. With your marks, you can get admission only in a private college may be through management quota only. But I will definitely advise you to think of career in commerce, Humanities, fine arts, eco, etc.
