Hi Jay, the minimum requirements to apply to UVic - Graduation from a recognized high school with either the All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) or the Indian School Certificate (awarded by the CISCE) with 70%. I believe you have a score of 68% so not quite eligible. Write to the university before applying.
To pursue BS degree you must complete 12 years of formal education. There is no age limit but if applicants do have gaps they must provide supporting statements.
I will advice you contact directly with the universities.

Bachelors degree holders in Engineering/ Technology (4 years after 10+2 or 3 years after B.Sc/ Diploma in Engineering/Technology) and those who are in the final year of such programs.

You can apply to New Zealand as the country is not very fond of only academic performance. You can also apply to Atlantic Canada colleges as these are not very demanding in terms of academics

If what you are looking for is scope and salary I would suggest that you take BS(research program) instead of btech CSE. Syllabus consist of 70% practical and only 30% theory.
