1) Transfer policy: Check with your current college and the prospective college to SEE if they have a transfer policy in place. Some colleges may allow students to transfer, but only under certain conditions.
2) Backlog clearance: Before transferring to another college, you may need to clear your backlogs from the first year. Make sure you are aware of the backlog clearance procedures at your current college and the prospective college.
