Regarding Government City College, Hyderabad, the average fees for B.Sc. courses is INR 7,165 per year. However, I couldn't find any information regarding whether you have to pay fees for B.Sc. Computer Science course at Government City College or not. You can contact the college administration directly to get more information.

Admission to the BTech programme is through CUSAT CAT. The basic eligibility criteria to be eligible to apply for BTech Computer Science is that the candidate must be a Class 12 pass with 50% aggregate in PCM and 50% in Mathematics. Kerala Scheduled Caste (KSC) and Kerala Scheduled Tribe (KST) communities require only pass marks whereas SEBC candidates of Kerala State (non-creamy layer category) are eligible for 5% relaxation in qualifying exam marks.
