Go for B.Tech. Pursue it from a very good college then register for the side courses on different programming languages. Learn different programming and get certificates, pursue training courses, attend different workshop related to computer science. Hi Harjeet,
Germany is a highly competitive country and if you are seeking admission to Bachelor's degree courses, you have to complete 13 years education and not apply directly after class 12th. Students from India generally give the IIT-JEE Advanced to be eligible to study in Germany. In addition, you must have a very good academic performance. Students must also know the German language as all UG programs are taught in the German language.

Hi Mani,
Though both these colleges are good I will strongly go for the one with co-op option. Being an international student, it's very important that you gain some experience while studying, this will increase your job prospects there and you can also show some international learning experience on your resume. Co-op is an essential factor in the learning environment so Conestoga I will suggest. But, confirm with them, inquire about the companies they have opportunities with, what kind of co-op learning will they provide, etc.
