You should not limit your search to only Coimbatore but to entire India. Most of the institutes offer certificate & diploma courses in game design. Many of them are not even affiliated to any university. Look for colleges such as MIT, Pune, DSKIC Pune, Artemisia College of Art & Design, Indore (Govt. University), which offer 3-4 years duration in-depth degree courses in Game design. NID Ahemdabad offers Masters degree in Game Design. Do not confuse Game Design with Game programming. The eligibility for MCA in MSU is 50% marks. And, for your under graduate course, you need a valid CMAT, GCE score.

No, it's not difficult. If you are doing BCA then definite you will be hardworking for the other subjects so if you only try some extra efforts in maths, you will get good marks and qualify the exam. Make your interest a priority.
