After a lot of research, I found that Lucideus Tech certification of LCEH is the best Hacking course in India. If you really want to be a hacker, You should get trained by professionals, not by some trainers who really don't have any idea about whats going on in current trends. You can google about best hackers in India. What I suggest you go for Lucideus in Delhi. India's best hacker Rahul Tyagi is there. And you would be amazed to know that Lucideus is a CERT-In organisation. CERT-In means Computer Emergency Response Team of India. I think the full name is enough for you to understand the level of Lucideus.

Both are important, go for CEH first.
Starting from the point of view, Hacking doesn't require eligibility of academics. Hacking is just a skill which requires, coding knowledge, network knowledge, server-side scripting knowledge, computer hardware knowledge and testing knowledge. Admission in Jain University for Bachelor of Computer Application is based on JAIN-ENTRANCE-TEST. Mentioned below is the eligibility for the same:
1.Candidate should have passed (10+2) or Higher Senior Secondary Certificate Examination from the CBSE or from the equivalent examination of any state / ISC recognized to it.
