It depends where abroad you are planning to study. NIT is among the best in India for technical studies. And if you are going abroad you have to see if it's a good college. You can compare and then decide.

No, University or College commonly asks for such a certificate. So there must not be any need to. Make and send one such certificate. Besides, you can only make an affidavit or a verification certificate that your are in General caste. Actual purpose of a Caste Certificate is to claim Reservation.

No need to worry. Cybersecurity has a good scope as cyber crimes are increasing day by day and due to this, the demand for cybersecurity professionals is also increasing. A large number of people are unaware of this field which results in low competition and good opportunities.
