It will depend on your interest areas and inherent strengths as a person.
If you are an outspoken person and like being outdoors meeting people then marketing should be preferred & if you are good in accounts then choose accounts & also explore CA.
If you like computers then it is better to pursue BCA.

Hi,
No, it's not compulsory. You can have direct admission in MCA with or without CMAT but it depends on institute and university's own discretion.

Hi Chiya,
The scope in applied computing is good and depends from country to country. Without prior experience however probability is less. You should visit immigration websites for various countries and also check the Skilled Occupation List for an idea about the professions in demand.

Hi Saheer,
The choice is good but you have to really know and figure out if it's relevant and if it will meet your career plans. Ireland is a good hub for IT and scope is very good. Read the program structure in details and career outcome.

Post-graduation Diploma courses are typically a shorter duration than a full time degree and they also cost less than a Master's degree, in addition one can assume that a PG is for the introduction into a new field of discipline, whilst Masters is considered an advanced stage to the initial studies carried from previous knowledge. It is like PG diploma can be used as a building block towards the Master's degree.
