You must opt for MCA correspondence and then pursue PhD as you already have teaching experience and these degrees will further enhance your prospects of becoming a lecturer. You may also opt for NET exam.

Yes, you can but you need to satisfy the age criterion for admission in a B.Tech course plus you need to be a science student i.e. in class 12th.

Yes there is, regular and distance learning are very different modes of learning, you only give around 20% of the effort in distance learning as compared to regular course and hence the value of a regular course is way more.

You can try through management seat but management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

Opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission.
If you love journalism, go for it, it's better to change stream now then to regret later.
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest if you have any confusion.

According to my personal experience, you should visit at Koenig Solutions training center. I think it will be great place to do this course because I have done CEH certification course from the same training center that's why I am suggesting.
