To become cyber forensic professional or IT security you need to have following skills prior to get into either cyber security.
Networking fundamentals
Familiarity with multiple versions of Windows
Familiarity with Linux is not necessary but recommended
Familiarity with VMware Workstation
Knowledge of Networking and Security

Since you are asking a straight question regarding project management. I would advise if possible then go for PMP or Agile certification. Also, ITIL makes sense.

Getting a good placement depends on institute to institute. However, if you are done your MCA as a full time then it's a possibility to have a better placement than distance mode.
MCA is a degree course and there are lots of good opportunity in IT companies even MNCs.

I doubt you will find a computer application degree because MCA is a degree offered by India, you will find different terminologies so you have to check accordingly. Generally you must take the IELTS to meet the English language requirements. A score of 6.5 is recommended. Check the National University of Science and Technology and Bauman Moscow State Technical University to name a few.
