You are a BCA student. If you are interested coding, progamming, etc. then you can go for MCA. If you are interested in the management field, go for MBA (IT).

For MCA admission, the first preference is given to ranking in entrance exams i.e. PGCET or KMAT. There are some colleges offering MCA on merit basis. You can try in BITS. Else Pune or Bangalore is a good option.

Read this:
I attended Linux device driver and kernel programming from Best Training Institute in Bangalore-Learnbay.in (company provide Embedded systems training in Bangalore)
and it was very much useful for me in gaining LDD & kernel knowledge and in interview preparation, specially for tier one companies in embedded domain like Intel, Samsung etc.
Their course content is very good and in-depth, it is more of practical than theory, and lot of my doubts in kernel related to locking , Scheduling and debugging (specially spin-lock , semaphore , mutex, process & memory management) got cleared after doing practicals and real time
