Yes, you've done your B.Sc with computer science then you are eligible for MCA. This year, govt. universities' admissions for MCA were closed but there are many private colleges where admission is going on.

In CAD centre, they will teach only the basics, so learning from YouTube is quiet better but one Advt. from attending CAD centre is that it is a certified course.

Yes, If you are interested in computers and want to make a career in the IT sector then go for BCA.
After that, take a Master's degree in computers like MCA, M.Sc (IT) for a good and meaningful career!

Eligibility for MTech Robotics in majority of universities is that the candidate should be BTech /BE in Electronics /Mechanical /Electrical /CSE / Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ EEE with minimum 60% marks. B.Tech Mechatronics students are treated equivalently to B.Tech Mechanical Engineering. Therefore, you will be eligible to seek admission in M.Tech Robotics after B.Tech Mechatronics.

No, try for M.Tech instead of MCA, which (MCA) at times is considered equivalent to B.Tech.
