Both these courses will give you a base for job management & as an individual both the courses will help you to achieve a good career as well as help in enhancing management skills and if you are interested in starting your own business then these courses will help you a lot.

You may go for Diploma in Computers like DCA, it will be useful.
If not, then there are various other computer courses like Java application, etc.
But DCA would be a better option to go for.
