Fashion Industry is growing day by day and there is a bright future in this. If you are a Fashion Graduate from top fashion institutes like NIFD / NIFT / PEARL etc., the starting salaries are approx 50K+. And if passed out from Mediocre college approx 25K is the starting salaries. But this all varies from person to person. Jobs are easily available. Most colleges provide placements. Besides, there are placement agencies as well (no charges from candidates) cater jobs to the fashion industry - Export Houses / Buying Houses / Retail / Designers / Boutiques, etc.
