Yes, Gopal Narayan Singh University offers BTech (Lateral) entry course in Computer Science and Engineering. Eligible students are directly admitted to the second year of the course. Hence, course duration of BTech (LE) is three-years. To be eligible for the course, aspirants must fulfil either of the criteria mentioned below:

Yes, it is possible to take admission in B.Tech CSE course but only it private colleges. Some Tier 3 colleges offer B.Tech without maths. As a B.Tech student, I personally won't encourage you to pursue B.Tech since the first two years are completely filled with concepts regarding maths.
