RNS Institute of Technology accepts national or state-level entrance exam to get admission in BTech. Aspirants need to qualify the course-specific entrance exam along with fulfilling of the eligibility criteria for admission. Admission in BTech requires exams such as KCET/ COMEDK UGET/ JEE Main. If the student has not taken any of the exams i.e. CET/ COMEDK / JEE shall write RNSAT examination to be eligible for the admissions under Management quota.

Any student who has taken admission in RNSIT through Management Quota and later gets seat to other colleges through CET/ COMEDK quota, the Fees paid during admission will not be refunded as per the policy.

Yes, candidates can get lateral entry into second year of JSSATE BTech courses. For lateral entry admission, candidates need to clear a three year Diploma in engineering with a minimum aggregate of 45%. Admission is done based on CUET-UG scores.
