Hello, all the private engineering colleges are allowed to admit students up to about 30% of the intech capacity under what is called a management quota. Balance 70% seeds are filled up based on the ranking obtained by the students in EAMCET conducted by the government of Andhra Pradesh. Technically speaking, the students who are seeking admission under management quota, need not appear for the entrance exam conducted by the state of Andhra Pradesh for admissions to engineering colleges. However it is always better to appear for either this or JEE Mains or any other national level entrance exam for engineering colleges so that the rank

Yep, you can actually get into Naraina College of Engineering and Technology's B.Tech programme without even touching JEE Main. Wild, right? Most of their seats—like, roughly 75%—go through UPCET (some folks still call it UPSEE) via state counseling. But here's the kicker: about 15% of the seats are set aside for direct or management quota admissions. That basically means if your 12th-grade marks are decent, you can snag a spot without stressing over JEE or UPCET at all. So yeah, as long as you tick the basic eligibility boxes, you're good to go. No need to lose sleep over JEE for this one.

The selection process at Coochbbehar Government Engineering College for B.E. / B.Tech. course is you must have 45% in PCM (10+2), be at least 17 years old, and secure a valid WBJEE or JEE Main rank. Seats are allocated via WBJEEB counselling based on merit and preference.

As of 2025, securing admission to the B.Tech programme at BIT Mesra – Patna Extension Center mandates a valid JEE Main rank and successful JoSAA/CSAB counselling. No direct, management, or merit-based entry is allowed for engineering seats—admissions follow the centralised process only and further information you can check on the official website.

For B.Tech, you have to fullfill two criteria, firstly you need to score 45% or more in 12th boards and secondly you need to qualify atleast one of entrance exam JEE Mains or WBJEE. If you fullfilled this you are eligible to admission at AIEM. Also there are exams for lateral entry as well.

No, it is not possible to get direct admission to Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management's B.E./B.Tech course based solely on WBJEE JELET. While WBJEE and JEE Main scores are considered for regular admissions, and lateral entry is possible with a Diploma and potentially a valid JELET score, there is no indication of direct admission without these exams.
