You should study all the chapters thoroughly. Practice is a must for accounts and mathematics. To avoid confusion during exam, you can try to solve more and more previous year papers.

If your basics in accounts are clear, your chances of clearing the examination automatically rise. Make sure you practice the subject well and learn your theory too. Mercantile Law Another important prospect for CPT is the Mercantile Law. After accounts it is referred to as most scoring subject.

The aspirant have to complete class 12th, and then pursue foundation, intermediate and final CA course for becoming a chartered accountant.
Three stages during chartered accountancy course:
1. Foundation course.
2. Intermediate.
3. Final CA course.
4. Application procedure for CA.
Aspirants seeking to become a chartered accountant should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). The registration has to be done 60 days prior to appearing for the exam. Candidates can enroll for CPT after passing the class 10th exam itself.
