Yes, CSVTU has a Training and Placement Cell that organises all the placement-related activities. Apart from the central placements, CSVTU Bhilai placements are also conducted at the respective affiliated institutes. A number of companies, namely IBM, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Philips, Wipro, TCS, among others have hired students from this university. In addition to this, the University also offers internship opportunities to its students via its T&P Cell.

Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University offers over 40 courses at UG, PG and doctoral level. These courses are offered across several streams including Engineering, Architecture & Planning, Pharmacy, Business & Management Studies, IT & Software, among others. B.Tech is the flagship course of the University which is offered across 17 specialisations for a duration of four years.
