As per CTET eligibility criteria, you need to have any one of the following in addition to your degree to appear in the exam:
1. Diploma in Elementary Education of two year duration
2. A Bachelor's degree in elementary education of four years' duration
3. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed. ) degree of two year duration
4. A B.Ed. special of one year's duration. If you have any one of the above, irrespective of your degree, you can apply for CTET. If you don't have any, you have to pursue any Diploma or degree in education as per NCTE regulations.

According to the eligibility criteria, you are eligible to appear for CTET Paper 2 in social Science. The basic criteria are that you have completed your graduate degree and either a B.Ed. Or D.Ed. However, since you are a biology graduate, the social studies question may become a challenge in CTET Paper 2 and also while applying for a teaching post at the upper primary level, i.e., classes 6 to 8. According to the eligibility criteria of the CTET you are eligible to apply for Paper 2 of the exam. The CTET Paper 2 is conducted for the upper primary level, I. e. , classes 6 to 8. The eligibility criteria for this paper are:
1. You must have graduated in relevant subjects with a minimum of 45 percent aggregate.
2. You need to have passed a B.Ed. Or Diploma in elementary education of at least two years' duration. As per the information you provided, you have completed a B.A. Degree. You have also completed the D. El. Ed. Diploma requirement of two years; therefore, you are eligible for the CTET.

For becoming eligible for CTET exam, you must done a 2 year B.Ed course or 4 year integrated B.A/B.Sc. B.Ed. Course. As you haven't pursued any of these courses, you cannot apply for the CTET exam.

Candidates who are 10 + 2 passed with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible to apply for CTET Paper 1 and those who have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks are eligible for Paper 2. The candidates who passed B.Ed. Qualification can now apply for both the papers - Paper 1 and Paper 2.

Well As per me Top CTET Study Advice for 2022 would be to know the 2022 CTET Pattern. Observe the CTET Syllabus. Concentrate on Your the weakest Subject. Read Key Books for the CTET. Learn the Fundamental Concept and take practise tests. Create the habit of writing brief notes. Before the exam, review all concepts and theories. Make it a habit to regularly practise mock exams.

As per the basic eligibility criteria of the CTET Exam, the candidates are required to be a Graduate having a B.Ed degree. Hence, the candidates who have B.Ed degree after passing the Engineering exams are eligible to appear for the CTET exam. Yes the student can write CTET exam as per the eligibility criteria there is no age limit and 50% marks in graduation and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. As per CTET eligibility criteria 2022, candidates who wish to become government school teachers of classes 1 to 5 must at least fulfill one of the following educational requirements. A candidate must have passed class 12th with at least 50% marks and must have passed or must be appearing in the final year of a 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education
