You can not apply for the Teacher Eligibility Test after 2 years of Nursery Teacher Training. The requirements for the Teacher Eligibility Test are either D.El.Ed (for classes 1 to 5).

OR

A Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised university along with a specific educational background like B.Ed, or other equivalent teaching qualifications.

The common eligibility for the post of PGT is:-
Education Qualification for TGT: English, Hindi Social Studies, Science, Sanskrit, and Maths.
B.Ed or any equivalent degree from a recognised University. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test CTET Paper-II, conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE.

To apply for CTET if you apply for primary stage teacher then you must have passed 12th with 45% marks. If you want to apply for Elementary Teacher, then you should have graduation with 45% marks and 12th pass with 50% marks.
