Yes, a master's from IGNOU is also eligible for the NET exam provided they have 55% in their aggregate as this is a central government-approved university.

Students who have completed a B.Ed degree will be able to qualify for the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) in 2022. Good luck.

You should download Digilocker App on your Mobile phone and log in with your aadhar card and mobile number then you can download your result easily.
